Participates include rising juniors and seniors who have demonstrated exemplary moral standards, academic success and intent to attend a secondary institution. Thirteen students have been inducted in the program. "The Gwinnett County Alumnae Chapter is proud of the positive impact our Cotillion~Beautillion program has on the lives of young men and women", said Dr. Shenila Hill Rodriguez, Chapter President. During the 2011-2012 year, debutantes and beaus are given the opportunity to participate in a nine month program consisting of personal development training including but not limited to effective financial management, successful relationship development, effective communication skills, dining/social etiquette skills and social awareness.
